Products, Sizes & Colours

We aim to describe every product, its contents and fabric as accurately as possible.

Product colours may vary slightly from those shown on your screen due to lighting and display settings. Please review the size chart on each product page before ordering, as sizes are listed by age and measured in inches.

Campaign photographs are for styling purposes. Available sizes are displayed on each product page. Gift hampers include the items specifically listed on the relevant hamper’s product page.

Prices & Payment

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹). Applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown at checkout before payment.

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. We do not store your card or bank details.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a technical or typographical error, we may cancel the order and refund the full amount paid.

Orders & Cancellation

An order is confirmed only when you receive an order confirmation through email, SMS or WhatsApp.

We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable, a pricing error occurs or an order appears fraudulent. Any amount paid for a cancelled order will be refunded in full.

To request cancellation, please contact our customer support team as early as possible. Cancellation eligibility depends on the order and dispatch status.

Shipping & Delivery

We deliver across India to serviceable PIN codes. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, holidays or events beyond our control.

Exchanges, Returns & Refunds

Eligible size exchanges and returns are subject to the conditions and timelines specified in our Refund Policy.

Returned products must be unused, unwashed, not dry-cleaned and accompanied by all original tags, accessories and packaging.

Product Care

Dry cleaning is recommended for all suit sets. Please follow the care instructions provided on the product label or product page.

We are not responsible for damage caused by washing, handling or care that differs from the recommended instructions.

Safety of Little Ones

Our outfits and hamper accessories may contain small parts, including buttons, bow ties, sunglasses and decorative trims.

Children should be dressed under adult supervision. Keep small parts away from babies and young children when the outfit is not in use.

Offers & Coupons

Discounts, coupons and promotional offers are valid only for their stated period and subject to the conditions specified.

Only one offer may be applied per order unless otherwise stated. We may modify or discontinue offers at any time. Offers cannot be exchanged for cash.

Reviews & Content You Share

When you submit a review, photograph or comment, you confirm that the content is genuine and belongs to you.

By submitting such content, you grant us permission to display it on our Website and social media platforms.

We may remove content that is false, offensive or unrelated to our products.

The Elite Couture brand name, logo, designs, product photographs, written content and Website layout belong to Shri Niwas & Son or their respective rights holders.
